Returns information

Are you a specialist retailer and would like to return goods?

No problem! Please go to our retailer shop and register the return there: First click on the navigation point "Information" and then select the menu item "Returns" (Show screenshot).
  1. You can either create returns via your customer account in the order section directly on the respective order (login required) or you can use the link in the order confirmation or the QR code on your delivery note (no login required) and start the returns registration process with your order number and your email address or postcode.
  2. Select the product from your order on the screen, the quantity you wish to return and provide as much detail as possible about the reason for the return.
  3. You will then receive your return label by email. If you lose the email, you can still find the return label in your customer account.
  4. We usually receive your return within 3-4 working days, check it and arrange for the invoice amount to be refunded as quickly as possible.

Returns from Germany are free of charge for you.

You have the option of returning your order within 14 days. If you want to make sure you order the right size before you buy, simply take a look at our size guide.

It can happen in rare cases that one of our articles has a defect (e.g. seam torn, button fallen off, etc.). We would like to apologise for this first and foremost. If you are one of the unlucky ones and you have been sent such a product, please contact us first on our service hotline +49 39204 9128-0 (Mon - Thu: 08:00 - 4:00, Fri: 08:00 - 2:30) or by sending an email to info@karlowsky.de. We will then try to find an uncomplicated solution to the problem with you - be it a repair, an exchange of the product or a refund of the value of the goods.

The refund will be made using the payment method originally used after the return has been processed.

How does the return process work?

  1. You can either create returns via your customer account in the order area directly for the order in question (login required) or you can use the link in the order confirmation or the qr-code on your Delivery note (no login required) and can start the returns registration with your order number and your e-mail address or your postcode to start the returns registration.
  2. Select the product from your order, the quantity you wish to return and provide as much detailed information on the reason for the return.
  3. You will receive your return label by email. If the email gets lost, you will also find the return label again in your customer account.
  4. You bring the packaged item with the label to the nearest packaging station or DHL branch and then receive a receipt for your return.
  5. We usually receive your return within 3-4 business days, check it and arrange the refund of the invoice amount as soon as possible.

Are there any shipping costs for a return?

You can return items from Germany free of charge.
