Payment information.

You can use the following payment methods. For returns, refunds will always be made via the original payment method selected.

Credit & debit cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you return one or more items, the value of the goods will be credited to the credit or debit card originally charged.

PayPal

Pay securely and easily using your PayPal account — you can also pay as a guest without an account. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected straight to PayPal. PayPal also offers Pay Later and Pay in instalments. Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account; if you do not have an account, the refund will be credited back to the payment method used.

Klarna

With Klarna, you can pay however suits you best: Pay Now, Invoice (Pay Later) or Pay in instalments. At the end of the checkout process, you will be redirected to Klarna. In the event of returns, Klarna will issue a refund to your bank account.

Google Pay & Apple Pay

Pay with a single click using your linked Google or Apple account. In the event of a return, the value of the goods will be credited to the linked credit or debit card.

Amazon Pay

Use the payment and delivery details stored in your Amazon account — no need to re-enter them. Refunds are processed via the payment method used in your Amazon account.

Billie — Purchase on account

For business customers, government agencies and public institutions: Purchase on account with a payment term, processed via Billie. Select this option during the ordering process; verification takes place directly at checkout.

Online banking Pay by Bank

Direct bank transfer from your online banking account. You select your bank, confirm the payment as usual via your online banking, and the order is processed immediately. Refunds are credited to the bank account used.

EPS Austria

As a customer in Austria, you pay via an EPS online bank transfer through your own bank. In the event of a return, the value of the goods will be credited to the account used during the payment process.
