Are you a specialist retailer and would like to return goods?

Please go to our retailer shop and register your return there.
First, click on the navigation item "Information" and then select the menu item "Returns".

To the retailer shop

  1. You can create returns either through your customer account in the order section of the respective order (login required) or use the link in your order confirmation or the QR code on your delivery note (no login required). Simply start the return process using your order number and either your email address or postal code.
  2. Select in the return form which product from your order you wish to return, the quantity, and provide as many details as possible about the reason for your return.
  3. You will then receive your return label via email. If the email gets lost, you can always find the return label again in your customer account.
  4. We usually receive your return within 3–4 business days, check it, and initiate the refund of the invoice amount as quickly as possible.
Returns from Germany and Austria are free of charge.
You can return your order within 14 days. If you want to make sure you are ordering the right size before purchasing, take a look at our size guide.
In rare cases, one of our products may have a defect (e.g. seam torn, button detached, etc.). We sincerely apologize for this. If you happen to receive a defective product, please contact us first via our service hotline +49 39204 9128-0 (Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Fri: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM) or by email at info@karlowsky.de. We will work with you to find an easy solution — whether it’s a repair, a replacement, or a refund.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for your original purchase once your return has been processed.
