Shipping information

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If your order / payment is received by 12:00 noon on working days, we usually dispatch your order on the same day. You can view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by e-mail.

How much are the shipping costs? 

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and are calculated in the shopping cart.

Delivery is only made to customers with a billing address and delivery address in the same country. You can have your order delivered to a different address within a country at any time.

Standard delivery within Germany and to Austria and Italy is by DHL.

Are there any shipping costs for returns?

Returns from Germany, Austria and Italy are free of charge for you.
