Shipping Information

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If your order or payment is received by 12:00 noon on working days, we usually dispatch your order on the same day. You can view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and are calculated in the shopping cart.

Orders over €100 (excluding VAT) qualify for free shipping.

Additional shipping information

Delivery is only made to customers with a billing address and delivery address in the same country. You can have your order delivered to a different address within the country at any time.

Standard delivery within Germany and Austria is carried out by DHL.
