Payment / Shipping

Shipping information:

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If your order / payment is received by 12:00 noon on working days, we usually dispatch your order on the same day. You can view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by e-mail.

The shipping costs are €5.63 (excl. VAT) or €6.70 (incl. VAT). From a value of goods of 150,42 € (excl. VAT) or 179,00 EUR (incl. VAT) we deliver free of shipping costs.

Delivery is only made to customers with a German billing address and delivery address. Delivery to a different delivery address in Germany is possible for every order.

Standard shipping within Germany is by DHL.

You can use the following payment methods:

Credit and debit card:

We accept credit card payments from the following providers: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If one or more items are returned, the value of the goods will be credited
to the credit/debit card
 originally charged.

PayPal:

You can pay for your order securely and easily via PayPal. To do this, select the PayPal option in the payment options during the order process. At the end of the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and make the payment.

If you return one or more items, the value of the goods will be credited to your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, the value of the goods will be refunded via the original payment method used.

Google Pay / Apple Pay:

You can pay for your order using Google Pay / Apple Pay. To do this, select the Google Pay / Apple Pay option in the payment options during the order process.

If you return one or more items, the value of the goods will be credited to the credit / debit card on file in your Google Pay account / Apple Pay account.

Klarna:

You have the option of paying for your order via Klarna. The following payment options are available to you: Klarna Pay Now, Klarna Pay Later and Klarna Financing. To do this, select the Klarna option in the payment options during the order process. At the end of the order process, you will be forwarded directly to Klarna and can pay for your order.

If you return one or more items, Klarna will refund the value of the goods to your bank account.
