In this category you will find all Karlowsky items with the “Personalisable” label. You design them directly on the product page with name embroidery, logo embroidery or logo print. More than a logo: what you can personalise at Karlowsky

“With logo” is just the beginning. For us, personalisation means everything that makes your clothing unmistakably yours:

• Names and job titles – for example “Anna Weber” with “Sous-Chef” underneath, in up to three lines.
• Company, restaurant or practice logos – embroidered or printed, in one or several colours.
• Short texts and lettering – such as a department name, a slogan or the name of your food truck.
• Combinations – for example a logo on the chest and a name on the sleeve, via an individual enquiry.

The result is team outfits that not only look uniform but also help people find their way: who is the contact person, who is running the shift, who belongs to the service team?

Three techniques directly in the shop: name embroidery, logo embroidery and logo print

You can personalise every item in this category in the configurator on the product page. There you will see the exact price for your selection and quantity straight away.

Name embroidery: your name, neatly stitched into the fabric

Name, job title or a short text in 1 to 3 lines of up to 20 characters each. Choose from 13 fonts, from the clean DIN 1451 and Arial Rounded to playful fonts such as Brush or English Script. You can also choose from three letter heights (up to 1.5 cm, 2.5 cm or 3 cm) and nine Madeira thread colours, including white, black, red, gold and silver grey.

Logo embroidery: your logo as an embroidered business card

Your company or restaurant logo is embroidered directly into the fabric. Embroidery has a three-dimensional, elegant look and goes particularly well with chef jackets, coats and polo shirts. We create an embroidery file for every embroidered logo. The fee for this is charged once per logo and order, regardless of the quantity.

DTF logo print: colourful and true to detail

For logo printing, we apply your design using the DTF process (direct to film). It reproduces fine lines and multi-coloured logos accurately and works without an embroidery file. This makes it ideal for detailed designs and for T-shirts.

Personalised workwear in three steps

1. Choose your item: All products in this category carry the “Personalisable” label, both in the overview and on the product page.
2. Click “Personalise”: You will find the button directly below “Add to basket”. It opens the configurator.
3. Design and order: Choose the position, technique and details, set the quantity and add it to your basket. The price adjusts to every selection.

The configurator shows you which positions an item offers. For a chef jacket, for example, these are chest front left or right, sleeve left or right and upper back.

Team outfits and special requests: the individual quote

Would you like to personalise several areas, equip your whole team with different items or need something that cannot be selected in the configurator? Then send us a free, no-obligation enquiry:

• The “Request personalisation” button adds the item “Personalisation enquiry” to your basket for €0.00.
• In the last step of the checkout, describe the product, quantity, technique and position in the free text field. For name embroidery, also state the font and colour; for a logo, state the size. Please send your logo to support@karlowsky.de.
• During business hours, our customer service will usually call you back within one hour.
• You will receive a quote and a sketch for approval, followed by photos of the embroidery or print sample. Production only starts once you have given your approval.

An enquiry gives you access to our full range of finishing techniques. Besides embroidery and DTF printing, these include screen printing, sublimation, embroidered patches, and embossing and laser engraving, for example on leather.

Good to know before you order

• Delivery time: For personalisation in the shop, the delivery time increases by 3–5 working days. For an individual enquiry, we usually ship within 10 working days of your approval.
• Logo files: Please send them in the highest possible resolution, at least 300 dpi, preferably as AI, EPS or PNG. JPG is also possible. For embroidery designs, ideally send an embroidery file directly.
• Embroidery file: The fee is charged once per logo and order. It is charged again for repeat orders.
• Exchanges: Personalised items cannot be exchanged. Please check size, colour and spelling before ordering.
